CPU utilization of CISCO Devices
To know CPU utilization of Cisco devices, here are 2 important commands which helps you get the utilization for last 60 seconds, 60 minutes & 72 hours and to know exactly the kind of processing which causes high utilization.
Router#sh processes cpu history
To see the CPU utilization in a graph for the last 60 seconds, 60 minutes, and 72 hours
Router#sh processes cpu sorted
to know the CPU utilization for five seconds, the second number is the interrupt percentage. Use the interrupt percentage to determine if the problem is caused by a system process or high network traffic.
